COVID-19 Policy

Here at Hair HQ we are dedicated to keeping all customers safe, as well as beautiful. 

In accordance with Government guidelines guests and stylists must comply with the following new guest policies and procedures:

• Hair HQ are not accepting walk-in customers. Clients may only visit the shop when they have an appointment booked and confirmed with a stylist. Click here or call the shop to book your appointment in advance.
• Customers should arrive promptly to their appointment and leave swiftly to aid social distancing.
• Only customers receiving salon services are allowed inside the shop. Exceptions may be made for special circumstances. If you require an exception, please enquire ahead of booking your appointment. 
• Customers and hair stylists are required to wear face masks or coverings, at all times, while inside the salon.
• Customers and hair stylists are required to wash hands prior to service and at the end of their appointment.
• Customers are required to provide contact details to aid with contract  tracing. 

Hair HQ endeavor to keep the guest experience as clean as possible. We are committed to the following:

• The stations and chairs are cleaned between each customer. 
• Equipment, such as brushes and scissors, are cleaned between each customer.
• Salon guests will receive a disposable gown to wear during their service appointment. 
• If you do not have a mask, one will be provided to you upon entering the salon.

Failure or refusal to comply with COVD-19 policies may result in the cancellation of your appointment upon arrival.
